Saudi Arabia wins scrimage against Select Team

Saudi Arabia overcame Turkish Select Team in last scrimage game before the Olympic Pre-Qualifiers 86-76. They took an early lead and manage to carry the lead until the final horn. Fahad Belal (181-PG-1991) was the best scorer for the winners with 16 points. Mohammed Alsuwailem (211-C-1998) added 13, Khalid Abdel-Gabar (188-G-1990, college: Windsor) 12. Turkish Select Team was led by fantastic performance of two Americans - Ty Jordan (190-G-1996, college: Malone) and George Williams (198-G-1990, college: WBU). Jordan finished the game with 29 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals and 1 block while Williams had 23 points, 2 rebounds, 8 assists. Hassan Bajigah (201-F) added 19 points.
